In order to unpack your uploaded ZIP file, the plugin needs a little software called zip_open that is normally installed on most web hosts. Unfortunately, this is not something you or I can fix. If you are encountering this issue, please contact your web host and ask them to have it turned on. We recommend Reliable Webs who has this turned on by default.
