If you purchased using PayPal, please log in to your PayPal account, look up the last payment sent to us. Click to open and view details. On the details page, look for the link to the original subscription. Click on it. You'll have the option to cancel the subscription there.

If you do not request a refund from us, your account access will remain active until the next billing cycle. If you request a refund, your account access will be revoked immediately.

If you purchased using credit card, please submit a help ticket. We'll take care of it right away.
