Unfortunately at this time there is no automatic method of adding multiple profiles to Article Secretary but here is the way around it. The process is simple and what you are really doing is simply copying the software and its database into a new folder. Let's get into the details:

First, visit open up the directory where you installed. If you didn't change anything during installation you should find it at C:\Program Files\Article Secretary

Next create a new directory inside the Article Secretary folder. You can name it anything you want. I find it easier to give it the name of my pen name or if you do this for clients you can use their name.

Go back to C:\Program Files\Article Secretary higlight all the files and copy them into C:\Program Files\Article Secretary\penname1

This step is optional

Open up C:\Program Files\Article Secretary\penname1 and rename Article Submitter.exe into the pen name or whatever name you wish

Right click on your newprogramname.exe send it to your desktop. This will create a shortcut on your desktop so you can easily access it.

That's it. You can now add new profile, bios, articles to this new program without affecting the old one.
