Urgent - My Conference Is On But We're Having Problems

Here's what you can do. If your conference is currently going and no one can get into the room, your room is offline or a there is a message saying room is not found for everyone, please login to your web based back office here.

Once you're in, you should see a link that says Emergency Alert under your personal rooms.


Click that. A warning message will appear. Click OK. An emergency alert will be sent to our provider's office. They will reboot the servers. This takes a few minutes and you should be able to return to your room.
