How do I setup the conference room web cam?

Generally, there is no specific setup required for web cam. The conference room will automatically pick up the web cam if it's turned on. Most web cams especially USB cameras work. Just make sure you turn on or plug in the camera and it is functioning before you login the room. Please note, the web cam won't be visible to others unless you are the active speaker. If you are not the active speaker no image or video will show up.

In our experience, some web cams especially those that require proprietry software to 'start' the camera won't work.
